1. Definitions

• "Khit Lab", "we", "us", "our": Khit Lab, registered at 64 Asok Montri Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
• "User", "you", "your": Any person accessing our website or enrolled in a program
• "Program" / "Service": Any AI development course, program, or learning resource offered by Khit Lab
• "Content": All materials, videos, exercises, and resources provided within a program
• "Agreement": These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or completing enrolment in any program, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• You have read and understood these terms
• You are acting for yourself and not on behalf of a third party without authority

3. Service Description

Khit Lab offers three online AI development programs:

• Beginning AI Development (฿3,500): Introductory program for learners with no prior coding experience
• Practical AI Projects Program (฿5,800): Intermediate program for learners with foundational programming knowledge
• Advanced AI Practice Track (฿7,900): Comprehensive program with deployment coverage and a guided capstone project

All programs are delivered online via our learning platform. Materials are accessible around the clock during your enrolment period. We reserve the right to update program content for accuracy and relevance.

4. User Accounts and Enrolment

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Access is personal — program materials may not be shared with third parties
• Khit Lab may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe credentials are being misused or shared
• You agree to provide accurate information during enrolment

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, or redistribute course materials without written permission
• Use course content for commercial purposes beyond your own learning
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying software or systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other learners or staff in any shared communication space
• Submit work created by others as your own in assessments or project reviews

6. Intellectual Property

All program content, including written materials, exercises, code examples, and curriculum structure, is the intellectual property of Khit Lab. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal learning during your enrolment period. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our content without prior written consent.

Your own project work remains your intellectual property. By submitting projects for review, you grant Khit Lab a limited licence to review and comment on that work for educational purposes.

7. Payment Terms

• Program fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (฿)
• Payment is required in full before access is granted
• We accept bank transfer and selected online payment methods
• Pricing displayed on our website is current at the time of enrolment

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed the program materials. After this period, or once materials have been accessed, fees are non-refundable except where required by Thai consumer protection law.

8. Enrollment-Specific Terms

• Programs are self-paced and there is no fixed completion deadline within your enrolment period
• Project submissions are reviewed by a Khit Lab mentor; response times vary but we aim to respond within 5 business days
• Q&A sessions are offered on scheduled dates; participation is optional and subject to availability
• Khit Lab does not issue externally accredited certificates. Completion records are for your personal reference

9. Disclaimers

Our programs are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. However:

• We do not promise specific learning outcomes or career results from completing a program
• AI development skills depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and practice beyond our materials
• Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose
• We are an educational provider, not a professional adviser. Content should not be treated as technical or commercial advice for specific applications

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Khit Lab's liability to you in connection with these terms or any program shall be limited to the fees paid by you for that program. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khit Lab, its directors, staff, and mentors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services or content.

12. Termination

Khit Lab may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be due. You may withdraw from a program at any time; our refund policy (see Section 7) applies. On termination, your licence to access program materials ends.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be addressed informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes will be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy and Cookie policies, constitute the full agreement between you and Khit Lab
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future rights
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email and noted by an updated date above. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
