Reviews

What learners share after completing a program

"I'd tried other courses before and always felt like I was rushing to keep up. At Khit Lab the pace was different — there was real space to stop and understand something before it moved on. The mentor feedback on my first project was more specific than I expected."

"The Practical AI Projects program is genuinely intermediate-level — it doesn't treat you like a beginner but it also doesn't skip steps. I appreciated that the projects used datasets that felt relevant to Southeast Asia rather than the usual US examples. The capstone discussion with my mentor was useful."

"I enrolled in the Advanced track having done the intermediate program. The deployment module alone was worth the fee for me — I'd never successfully put a model into a working environment before. The capstone gave me something I could actually show in a job conversation."

"The beginning program took me longer than the suggested 8 weeks — probably closer to 11 — but nobody pressured me about that. I asked a lot of questions in the Q&A sessions and always got a clear answer. The materials are very well written, especially the reflection sections."

"Coming from a marketing background, I wasn't sure I belonged in an AI program at all. The beginning course showed me I could follow the material step by step. The mentor was patient with questions that probably seemed obvious. I'm now about halfway through the intermediate level."

"The Advanced program is thorough and I finished with a solid understanding of the deployment side of things, which had always been a gap for me. The feedback on project work is detailed and occasionally asks you to reconsider assumptions, which I found useful even when it was uncomfortable."

Case Studies

Three learning journeys in detail

A closer look at how three learners moved through our programs and what came out the other side.

SR

Sarun R. — Bangkok, career change from logistics

Completed Beginning AI Development · 11 weeks

Challenge

No programming background. Had read articles about machine learning but couldn't tell a loop from a function. Previous video-based courses hadn't helped.

Approach

Worked through the beginning program over 11 weeks, taking extra time on Python basics. Used the reflection panels to note what needed more practice before moving on.

Result

Completed three projects, each reviewed by a mentor. Enrolled in the intermediate program the following month with a clear sense of what he already knew.

PL

Pimolpan L. — Chiang Mai, data analyst

Completed Practical AI Projects · 13 weeks

Challenge

Comfortable with SQL and spreadsheets. Had Python basics but had never built a functioning ML model. Needed structure beyond tutorials.

Approach

Enrolled in the intermediate program, working around a full-time job. Attended Q&A sessions on Saturday mornings and received feedback within a few days of each project submission.

Result

Built three models using Thai retail and transport datasets. Now uses the same techniques in her day-to-day work to improve reporting pipelines.

KT

Kritsada T. — Bangkok, software developer

Completed Advanced AI Practice Track · 15 weeks

Challenge

Solid coding background but had never taken AI work past the training stage. Deployment and MLOps were gaps. Wanted to close them deliberately, not by piecing together blog posts.

Approach

Completed the advanced track with a capstone project: a text classification model deployed as a lightweight API for a personal project. Mentor reviewed each iteration.

Result

Finished with a documented, deployed model and a clear understanding of the full pipeline. Used the capstone as a portfolio piece in a successful job application.
